How It Works:

• Place Your Order: Once you've purchased your bauble, I’ll reach out to you via the email provided at checkout within 48 hours, requesting a side-profile photo of your loved one. (No fancy equipment needed—a phone camera will do perfectly!) Please remember to check your spam/junk folder, as my email may sometimes end up there.

• Photo Taking: Please take the photo against a plain wall background, holding the camera at eye level. Try to capture the forehead, eye, nose tip, lips, and chin. It may be a bit tricky, but these details are a great help in the process.

• Send the Photo: Simply reply to the email with the photo, and I’ll take it from there.

• Crafted with Care: From here, I’ll carefully create your custom bauble, preserving the unique silhouette and adding those special touches.
