Australian Domestic:
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle, with tracking numbers provided upon dispatch. Please note, we are unable to ship dried flower products to Western Australia (WA) or Tasmania due to customs regulations.

International:
Orders typically arrive within 10-14 days from the shipment date, though times may vary depending on the destination. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the arrival of your botanical artwork. Tracking is available but may be limited once the shipment leaves Australia.

Please note: Insurance is not included in shipping. If tracking is unavailable in your region, we cannot track the shipment once dispatched, and we are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.

Important: Taxes and customs fees may apply upon delivery and vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs rules, and associated fees for their botanical artwork.

how long is the lead time for ‘made-to-order’ items?

Lead Time for Made-to-Order Items:
To ensure the highest quality craftsmanship, a limited number of cloches are available for dispatch within 5 working days. All other cloches are made to order and will take approximately 2-3 weeks to create. Custom cloche orders require 4-6 weeks, while custom baubles take around 2 weeks to complete.

how will my floral cloche / bauble arrive?

Order Packaging & Arrival:
Your order will arrive in minimal, strong, and sturdy packaging, designed to protect your items while being eco-friendly. We primarily use recycled, recyclable, or reused materials to help reduce costs and protect Mother Earth.

Each cloche and bauble will come with a canvas bag for dust-protection and safe storage.

How should I care for the cloche and bauble, and how long will they last?

Care Instructions for Cloches and Baubles:
Our curated dried flowers and paper blooms are crafted to last for years with minimal care! To help maintain their colours and shape, please keep them out of direct sunlight and high-moisture environments—this is essential!

Dust can be gently brushed off as needed.

Please note that some fading over time is natural, even with UV protective coating. Certain colours, like blue and green, may fade more quickly than others.

Why are there imperfections & variations in my paper flower cloche or bauble?

You may notice that my paper flowers aren’t completely realistic, and that’s intentional. Like motherhood itself, these pieces are a blend of dreams and imagination, balanced with resilience and strength.

Each flower is crafted with premium 180gsm or 90gsm Italian crepe paper—a strong, durable material designed to stand the test of time. While some colours may gradually fade, I hand-colour each petal with high-quality coloured pencils and apply two layers of UV protection to help preserve them.

Because each cloche and bauble is handmade, there may occasionally be a glue string we missed in our final check. If you find one, simply remove it gently by hand.

Please also note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, as different monitors and devices can display colours differently.
